Regulamin

1. W Festiwalu mogą uczestniczyć osoby pełnoletnie.

2. Osoby uczestniczące w zajęciach biorą całkowitą odpowiedzialność za stan swojego zdrowia fizycznego i emocjonalnego. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za ewentualne kontuzje lub nieszczęśliwe wypadki uczestników. Sugerujemy, aby uczestnicy festiwalu posiadali aktualne ubezpieczenie.

3. Organizatorzy Festiwalu zastrzegają sobie prawo do zmian w programie zajęć z przyczyn od siebie niezależnych.

4. W przypadku rezygnacji z uczestnictwa najpóźniej do 14 dni roboczych przed datą rozpoczęcia festiwalu uczestnikowi przysługuje zwrot uiszczonej opłaty. W przypadku rezygnacji z udziału w Festiwalu w terminie późniejszym niż 14 dni roboczych przed datą rozpoczęcia zajęć, wniesiona opłata nie jest zwracana. Możliwe jest natomiast przekazanie zarezerwowanego miejsca innej, wskazanej przez siebie osobie. Rezygnacji z udziału w zajęciach można dokonać wyłącznie w formie pisemnej (e-mail, poczta).

5. Zgodnie z Ustawą o ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 roku (Dz. U. 133 z dnia 29 października 1997 roku poz. 833.) Organizatorzy nie przekazują, nie sprzedają i nie użyczają zgromadzonych danych osobowych uczestników innym osobom lub instytucjom. Wszelkie dane osobowe uczestników traktowane są jako informacje w najwyższym stopniu poufne. Uczestnicy Festiwalu wyrażają zgodę na utrwalanie ich wizerunku/dokumentowanie przebiegu zajęć oraz wykorzystanie nagranych materiałów do celów marketingowych i promocji Festiwalu. Uczestnik może nie wyrazić zgody na powyższe postanowienie – konieczne jest wówczas złożenie przez uczestnika pisemnego oświadczenia.

6. Festiwal z przyczyn niezależnych od Organizatorów może być w dowolnym momencie odwołany. W takim przypadku uczestnicy dostają zwrot kosztów Festiwalu.

7. Zgłoszenie udziału w Festiwalu jest równoznaczne z przyjęciem do wiadomości i zaakceptowaniem niniejszego regulaminu.

8. Organizatorzy zastrzegają sobie prawo do dokonania zmian w niniejszym regulaminie.

9. Wszelkie kwestie nie ujęte w regulaminie rozstrzygają Organizatorzy.

Regulations

1. The Festival is addressed to adult Participants.

2. Participants take complete responsibility for their physical and emotional health. The Organizers are not responsible for any injuries or accidents of the Participants. We suggest that festival Participants have valid health insurance.

3. The Organizers of the Festival have the right to change the program for reasons beyond their control (force majeure).

4. In case of cancellation of participation no later than 14 working days prior to the date of the opening of the Festival, the Participant is entitled to the reimbursement of the paid fee. If you cancel your participation later than 14 working days before the start of the course, the fee will not be refunded. It is possible, however, to transfer the reservation to another person, indicated by the Participant. Cancellations can only be made in writing (e-mail, regular mail).

5. According to the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws 133 of October 29, 1997, 833) organizers shall not transfer, sell or donate the collected personal data of Participants to other persons or institutions. All personal data of Participants are treated as the most confidential information. Participants of the Festival agree to the recording of their image / documentation of the course and the use of recorded material for marketing purposes and promotion of the Festival. A Participant may not agree to the above-mentioned clause by submitting a written statement.

6. For reasons beyond the control of the Organizers the Festival can be canceled at any time. In such a case, the Participants will be reimbursed for Festival costs.

7. By participating in the Festival, the Participant confirms and accepts these Regulations.

8. Organizers have the right to make changes to the Regulations.

9. All matters not included in the regulations are decided by the Organizers.
